Bookings and cancellations policy
Thank you for choosing our clinic for your medical, dental, and cosmetic needs. The following is our sales and cancellation policy, which aims to provide you with transparency and clarity about our services.
Medical, dental, and aesthetic services are provided and offered through our clinic and are at your disposal. By making a consultation or booking a treatment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our clinic.
Our staff will be available to provide you with detailed information about the services we offer, including procedures, costs, and possible associated risks.
Duration of validity of services
All prepaid services are valid for a maximum of 1 year, once this period has expired they cannot be used or refunded.
Reservation policy:
The reservation will be considered confirmed once payment/pre-authorization has been made.
100% prepaid at the time of booking for:
- Nutrition
- Nephrology
- Cardiology
- Physiotherapy
- Therapy
- Psychiatry
- Videoconsultations
- Weekend and holiday dental and medical visits
- Emergency dental and medical visits
- Home visits
- Prescriptions renewal
- STD testing, Covid, drug.
- Dental appointments longer than one hour
50% prepayment upon acceptance of the estimate and 50% on the day of the intervention or completion of the treatment.
- Surgeries
- Health check-ups
- Veneers
- Dental implants
Pre-authorization of 75€ to make the reservation of the rest of the services, including free appointments (first orthodontic and nutrition appointments for example).
The pre-authorization will be charged only in case of non-compliance with the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
In case of 100% prepaid:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
In case of prepayment of 50 % for surgeries:
In our clinic:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of surgery, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
In external collaborating centers:
- Cancelaciones antes de 7 días de la cirugía, el 100% del prepago será devuelto
- If you cancel with less than 7 days or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
In all the above cases, for international returns, a charge of €15 will be deducted.
In case of pre-authorization of 75€.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the visit will not be charged.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, a penalty of 75 euros will be charged.
It is important to note that these policies may be subject to change and it is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the current conditions at the time of making a reservation. All prepaid services are valid for one year.
